Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Peak Up LLC, a Florida company (“Peak Up”, “we”), handles when you visit wearepeakup.com, book a call or write to us. Questions: hello@wearepeakup.com.

What this website collects

The site has no accounts and no forms that send information to us, and it doesn’t set its own cookies. To keep it fast and safe we use Cloudflare, which:

• measures visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies to identify you;
• processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to protect the site from attacks and bots.

The Altitude Check

Your answers stay in your browser. They are only shared if you choose to book a call with your result, in which case they are passed to the booking form, or if you copy them into an email to us.

Booking a call

We use Calendly to schedule calls. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with us. We use this information only to prepare for and hold the call and to follow up about it. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.

Emails

When you write to us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to keep a record of our conversations. Our email runs on Google Workspace.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent personal information.
• We don’t use your information for advertising.
• We don’t share it with anyone except the service providers named here, or when the law requires it.

Client work

Data we handle while working with a client, inside the client’s own tools and accounts, is covered by our agreement with that client, not by this policy.

How long we keep it and your choices

We keep booking and email information for as long as we need it for the conversation or the business relationship. You can ask us at any time what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@wearepeakup.com.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date above.
